Windmills

Most windmills were made to pump water,but some make electricity. The windmill you see below is the largest Comet in Australia, the way windmills work is the water pump goes up and down when the windmill spins. The windmill used to make water for the Kultanaby Railway near Kingoonya. The windmill stood for many years before the penong locals decided that it would make the perfect windmill for their historical windmill museum. Only fifteen 35′ windmills were made but only 3 can be seen now. This windmills name is Bruce.
